Being one of the lucky ones who first got access to Chisell, I've religiously attacked those things with my teeth ever since. While the workout manual is great, I found using chisells casually during the day as I go about doing my things. After the first 2 weeks I could literally feel the muscles being worked near my jaw. Plus a great tool to cut back on smoking ^^”
I like it a ton better than jawsrsize. No pressure on my front teeth just molars - where it works. The holes almost suck into my gums when I release making it not slippery. It's essentially like chewing strong gum on both sides of the mouth. But consistently delivering even pressure, so I feel it is a lot better.
