I have just finished a 12 week programme with Ted and I loved it. A printed programme to follow, a video coaching chat every week and some great meal ideas. I can also email him anytime to get a reply in hours, and I've been able to call him up when I was stressing out about my progress. I'm definitely coming back for more.
Ted is one of the best outdoor fitness trainers because he understands everyone has different physical fitness levels and abilities. He knows how to get the best out of everyone whilst keeping sessions fun. He is very professional and very knowledgeable but (unlike some trainers), he doesn't take himself too seriously!
Love, love, love Bootcamp with Ted and the gang. Ted's a brilliant instructor who's experience and know how really gets the best out of you, whether your a beginner or not. It's a great workout for the body and mind in a beautiful setting. It's great fun.
