Dealing with Palmetto Window Fashions was easy for me. My shades were ready to be installed a week before I expected them. They were great at communicating, prompt in arriving, and we were extremely pleased with the job well done! (Forgot to take the photos I had planned to take.)

Cheri was great in the design and measurement for our new shades. David called 3 weeks later and said they could install the next day. Noah installed 3 large shades in under an hour. A great family team! We are 1000% satisfied.

The window treatments came out perfect. The one thing I must say was awesome is that each and every time we were given an appointment or even an estimated date when the shades would arrive, they were kept. That means a lot as my schedule is extremely busy and I can’t easily move things around. Very professional and personal. So far the shades appear to be made of good material and look great in the windows. Would highly recommend.

When you know, you know. Cheri came to our new home (which had no window coverings) and looked around at our furnishings and asked appropriate questions regarding what we were seeking. She made terrific suggestions based upon our taste and what we were seeking to accomplish. You could tell her recommendations came from years of experience and knowledge. Installation was easy. David and Noah came over and expertly installed the blinds without leaving any sign they were here other than the blinds. Would highly recommend Palmetto if you want someone with real expertise.

I had a really great & easy experience with this local, family-owned business! They came to my house with shade samples, gave me honest opinions & were extremely transparent about when my roller shades would be ready (around 4 weeks). When installation day came around, David & his son installed them very efficiently; the whole house was done in under an hour. The roller shades are absolutely beautiful !
