Quality of work was good. Palmetto finished the work in March and said they sent invoice for balance due. They sent invoice to my old email and future invoices there as well. When they received no payment they did not call me or mail me an invoice. 17 months later they call and basically accuse me of not paying my bills and threatened legal action. I reviewed my records and found the balance was due.
I'm promptly paying the balance, but I would recommend caution in dealing with this vendor due to their unsavory way of doing business.

I love my shutters! They took a little while to get here,but once they arrived they were installed the next day. They fit perfectly, they look beautiful and the installation was very quick. I will definitely use Palmetto again!
