I live in Pennsylvania. I bought plantation shutters over the phone, sight unseen and I was planning on installing them myself. David told me exactly how to measure my windows and assured me I could do the install myself. After the shutters arrived, I called David and he walked me through the contents of the box and how to install. And guess what... I did it! And it was easy and fun. I’m a mom, no building or engineering degree - and they truly were simple to install. I’d use Palmetto Window Fashions again in a heart beat!!

David and Cheri are a wonderful team. Everything from ordering to installation was seamless. They are both a joy to work with. If you need window treatments of any kind, I highly recommend them. I've never had indoor shutters and they turned out so beautiful. I've had blinds before, but the ones from David and Cheri are so much nicer than any I've had before.

Purchased very expensive pleated shades from them. First they put a hole in my door. Then when I had an issue with the shades getting dirty and not being able to clean them (according to Palmetto's directions). It took 5 phone calls to get Cheri to respond, then when told to send a text with photos, I never received a response. Save yourself aggravation and money and go to Home Depot or Lowes.

I cannot believe how I was just treated. I was very interested in options for my home either interior or exterior. My husband repairs and inspects homes so he has a lot of concerns/questions when it comes to work being done on our house. He asked a simple question regarding moisture and the immediate response was clear from this company - we are the professionals, we know all, how dare you question us. I barely got to spend two minutes with these two people before they got defensive and said forget it we are leaving we don't work with people like you. What, you mean you don't work with people who question any future issues? Who want to know about problems that could come up from an install? If you were so professional, then you should be able to talk to people like humans instead of throw your hands up and be rude. To be told in a sarcastic tone that oh my husband knows better than us who have been doing this for twenty years is uncalled for. It was a simple moisture question and the reaction from these two "professionals" is anything but professional. Way to treat potential customers.
