I was very pleased to work with Cheri and David Burress. I especially liked that it is a small company. Cheri came to my home with samples of fabric. She was very professional and very good at her job. David did the install with Cheri's assist. I love the completed job.

The craftsmanship in their custom made shutters is beyond anything you will find from any other company, and their attention to detail during installation is what will really make the difference on your home. They know their product and they know how to install them in or on your home better than anyone I’ve seen. The powder coated aluminum shutters add a touch to your home that is worth every penny you will spend. It is amazing the difference the shutters make to the appearance of your home. My wife also worked with Cheri on some custom curtains for our large sun room. After considering several options they finally decided on ceiling to floor curtains that not only turned out beautiful, but really add a touch of class to a large open room that is mostly glass. Dave and Cheri are always a pleasure to work with! They are honest, helpful, on time, and they stand behind their work. It’s such a pleasure to work with good people! And they are really good people! David and Cheri are personal, professional, punctual...communicate clearly and follow up reminders ...great product with many options to suit your home and taste in design and color...blinds have advantage of screening heat yet allowing light while providing privacy

Palmetto Fashions is a good company with good products however I only gave 3 ‘S because of very poor follow up.
Cheri knows her stuff and David is a craftsman at install. They had a quote for us on the spot with our first appointment. Part of their sell to us was the product guarantee and service.
We have had an issue with an installed shade 1 month after install and requested attention weeks ago. It took weeks to get a response after emailing and calling. Still no customer service.
I have had numerous neighbors needing services but have not been able to recommend them for this reason.
PR and responding to gracious and timely request are very important to me. I can not recommend this company which makes me sad because I really like them.
