What a great experience. Cherie really knows her product and was both patient and kind as we pondered all of the options for shades for our sunroom. As we sat together and explored the various textures, colors and degree of sun protection of the shades I felt confident that she was leading me in the right direction, yet was never once pushy or trying to seem me the most expensive product she sells. It only took about a month for our shades to come in and David installed them yesterday. I can say, Cherie was spot on with her advice and we are so pleased with the shades. I give them two thumbs up!!

My wife and I moved into a house a few years ago, where plantations shutters had been placed by this company. A couple of them had broken (no fault to them) so my wife called 04/23/2024 and was told to text all the details. She did that. No response. She then checked in on 05/16/2024, no response. She then emailed 05/27/2024 with no response, yet again. We were eager to use this company because we were sure they could match up what was placed a few years ago but for some reason, over a months time, we were completely ignored. Very disappointing. Just remember that there are companies out there that respect their customers and their time.
