I had some drapes made for my den that are absolutely unacceptable. This was the second time I have used their services. Obviously, the first experience was great and that is why when I decided to update my curtains, my first thought was of Palmetto Window Fashions. However, this time was the exact opposite. The fabric is cheap. The curtains look like they were made by a beginner seamstress. There was a huge seam down the front of the curtain, they were way too short and the "liner" was paper thin. In addition, it looks like they must have run out of fabric because the curtains did not even come to the window. In attempts to hide this, they took the rings on the rod all the around the finials to make it seem like they were correct. I brought this to Cherri's attention, she finally came out to the house to look at them and said that someone knocked them off the hooks (really... a 12 foot ceiling?) and they only needed to be steamed so they would lay right. She steamed them but that does not fix the problem of them being too short, the cheap material or the large seam in the middle. I called her back and said I was still unhappy with the curtains and asked for a refund back. She shows up at my house UNEXPECTEDLY WITH AN ATTITUDE. I told her I had another professional window company come out there to look at them, just to make sure I was not seeing anything incorrectly, and she got mad. She demanded to know who it was, which I refused to tell. She then proceeded to guilt trip me by saying how I am "the only one she has taken to lunch and about being her friend." She stormed out of my house and said, "I am sorry it has to end this way." I paid over $3000 for these custom drapes. I want the same quality drapes I received the first time I used them. However, with poor customer service relations like this, all I want is a refund. I do not want her to step back in my house with her arrogant attitude. So now, I am stuck with these horrible drapes and she refuses to make this right. If I could leave her a zero rating I would. My advice...don't use them. Her customer service is lacking integrity and respect to facilitate any kind of proper customer service experiencer.
