Training with Jon is fun as he always experiment with different moves every session and target to activate every part of the body. He also never pushed me downright to some regime but first assessed my strengths and weakness. Overall wonderful Personal Trainer and his health/diet tips are a bonus!

I have had different trainers in the past, of which all came  with a standard program that was not really based on my objectives.
Jon is really focused on the target and to ensure that the exercise is done properly to avoid injures. After few months of training with him I can clearly see results thanks to a clear personalized program well prepared before the session.

Inspirational and good motivator

I had my free PT session with Jonathan when I joined Fitness First. During that session he explained the importance to balance the different types of fitness exercises.
