Hi, I have had different trainers in the past, of which all came with a standard program that was not really based on my objectives. Jon is really focused on the target and to ensure that the exercise is done properly to avoid injures. After few months of training with him I can clearly see results thanks to a clear personalized program well prepared before the session.
