I hope this letter finds you and your family well. I would like to thank you for the care package you sent me. It seems that my better half signed me up online to receive a few care packages along with the ones she sent to me. I received both of your packages. I didn't notice until I started writing this letter. I dispersed the majority to those within my unit and they all appreciated the snacks and personal hygiene items. I have also made a donation through the site for future Packages to soldiers. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family.
The items in the . . . packages are especially well thought out, and appreciated.
I recently deployed overseas as a chaplains assistant, where one of my duties is to distribute [c]are packages that come in. Most [packages] I distribute un-opened, but a few I open and put in our chapel lounge area for the soldiers and contractors to pick what they want. I found a stack of the slim packages of hygiene items your organization sends out. Those went very fast! Thank you so much for the time, effort, and expense you all take to get us these packages. They are well used, and greatly appreciated. The items in the hygiene packages especially are well thought out, and appreciated. You wouldn't belief how many people deploy for six months without nail clippers! Anyway, thanks so much for the support.
