A Helga tem imensa presença em palco, é uma óptima oradora e comunicadora, sabe cativar o seu público e é sincera ao apresentar as dificuldades desta área, mas apresenta técnicas para as ultrapassar com tanto ânimo, dinamismo e de forma tão positiva, que as transforma num desafio que todos queremos passar e ultrapassar com sucesso!
Tive a oportunidade de assistir ao evento de ontem na CCIP e quero felicitá-la pela sua exposição. Foi simples e direta, como é desejável neste tipo de apresentações. De entre os tópicos abordados, gostei particularmente dos seguintes:
- Pitch comercial: Senti recentemente a falta de um, pois numa visita coletiva foi dada a possibilidade de cada um de nós se apresentar e eu não capitalizei a oportunidade. Estou já a preparar um adequado à minha atividade!
- Foco no cliente: É algo que vou procurando fazer cada vez mais, até porque a minha prospeção nunca é rigorosamente "fria" (o alvo está em sector com apetência pelo produto). No entanto, é sempre bom relembrar o que é importante!
Participei no Workshop - "Start-ups, como lidar com objecções na prospecção" e aprendi imenso. O workshop foi muito personalizado e tive a oportunidade de testar o que poderia resultar ou não para o meu negócio. Obrigada Helga!
Tive a oportunidade de participar no Workshop: Cold Calling, ministrado pela Helga Stewart. Como Presidenta e fundadora de uma ONG, posso dizer que fiquei positivamente surpreendida e impactada pela riqueza e aplicabilidade das informações e conhecimentos partilhados pela Helga neste workshop.A maior aprendizagem que trouxe deste workshop pode ser resumida na ideia da Helga, que passo a citar: "Cold Calling não tem nada a ver connosco, tem a ver com o cliente!".Agradeço a oportunidade de crescimento e aguardo o próximo workshop!
Quando comecei a fazer consultoria em vendas com a Helga Stewart na minha área – social, não imaginava nada do que viria a aprender. Mas aprendi imenso! Aprendi que há uma enorme diferença entre Vender e Vender Bem. Enquanto assistente social estou habituada a dar, não a vender, enquanto pessoa sempre tive um sistema de crenças que em nada facilitou a minha vida. A sabedoria da Helga nesta área e a sua perspectiva desbloqueou este sistema de crenças, e mostrou-me o trilho a seguir, com a segurança e as ferramentas necessárias.
Workshop bem organizado, muito interactivo e com bastante interesse para que desempenha uma função comercial.Pessoalmente, considero que o contacto a "frio" é uma das tarefas mais difíceis na actividade comercial e a Helga, partilhando a sua experiência nesta área, conseguiu desmitificar o que nos pode bloquear neste tipo de abordagem. The content that Helga provided was fantastic. You can tell that she is a highly confident, capable and successful sales person as evidenced by her track record working with both large and small companies across many geographies. It was always targeted at the challenges which I faced with me in mind. Helga is an extremely articulate and capable sales professional. This came through in all of interactions with her. She took the time to understand my business and the unique challenges that I faced. She then tailored the content to provide me with a solution tailored to my business. Helga really cares about her clients and is truly passionate about mastering the sales process and sales success. She was patient in explaining her points and really understood where I was coming from. I would heartily recommend working with Helga as a way of increasing your sales success.
On paper, what Helga did for me was help me improve my CV and give me suggestions that would help me get the job I wanted. In reality, she did so much more than that. She helped me look at my previous experiences in a completely new light. She explained to me how to make the very best of my achievements, how to put myself across confidently without feeling I was selling myself (something I had previously felt very uncomfortable with), and perhaps most importantly of all, how to find glimmers of gold even in what I had previously considered to be the weak, unattractive points in my CV. Some of those points turned out to be great advantages! Helga works on all aspects of your professional apperance. She advised me on how to dress for the interview, what gestures to make and what behaviours or phrases to absolutely avoid. She even gave me her very own copy of a 'work interview questions and answers' book she highly recommended. Her approach is incredibly enthusiastic, warm and efficient. She makes you feel instantly comfortable, and makes you feel as though your CV and your experiences are the most important thing in the world. In our session, she was so full of advice and little tips that I had to record most of our session, as there was no way I could remember it all, even though I really wanted to! I got great enjoyment out of listening to the recordings over and over again. I went to Helga very close to my interview date and so only had time for one session, but I would have loved to have several sessions with her. I might add that I ended up typing up about 19 pages of notes and tips and elaborations on my experiences. Not only did I secure the job I wanted, but the interviewers were extremely impressed with how well prepared I was and how well presented I was. I attribute at least about 90% of that to Helga's help! Helga, then, certainly helped me get my job. She helped me improve my CV, and thoroughly went through any possible questions I might face in my interview (she found out what the company was asking, and helped break this down into what characteristics they were most likely looking for, and how I matched that). She went through not only how my previous work experience and studies were relevant to the job, but also how my personal qualities, voluntary work experience, spell of single motherhood etc were an advantage. In short, she built my professional confidence up from scratch, and she made me look at myself in a completely new light. I can honestly say that I will reap the benefits of this one session with Helga for the rest of my life, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. This recommendation comes from my head and my heart.
A Helga Stewart foi a primeira pessoa que tive a felicidade de conhecer. Reconhecendo que no início quando me aconselhei com a Helga não sabia muito bem o que era Coaching no final sintetizo com a frase “ESTA CONSULTORIA MUDOU A MINHA VIDA. Existem muitas coisas que queremos ter…fazer…ser… mas transformar esses desejos em objetivos possíveis de alcançar é um processo complexo. A Helga ajudou-me numa pequena sessão de uma hora, para a preparação de um pitch de um bootcamp, a descobri as minhas prioridades e perceber que algumas não eram tão importantes como pensava. O mais importante foi o assumir de um objectivo principal e centrar o foco em todas as ações conducentes a esse objectivo. Paralelamente foi reforçado o planeamento, organização do tempo de trabalho e a manutenção da regularidade de criação de novas ideias. Foi impressionante a evolução que senti e a forma como fui inspirada para perseguir os meus objetivos. O aumento de autoestima e confiança espelhou-se de um modo muito natural e notório. It is rare that you come across supreme talent like Helga. I first met Helga when I was coming to the end of my master’s degree. Young, professionally inexperienced and unsure of how to sell myself in an interview, Helga stepped in. She immediately understood what I was trying to achieve and helped me work toward my goals. She was able to instil inspiration and confidence within me. Helga made an action plan which had applicable content and focussed on breaking down the barriers to my professional progress. The content of the plan was precise and smart, ranging from professional etiquette to finding and focusing on my personal USP and talents in order to sell myself to a potential manager. I was always in awe of Helga’s ability to command a room and get people on board with ideas and her vision—even people who were initially on completely different pages and form relationships. These are essential qualities that Helga possesses and utilised when coaching me. What stuck with me most was our first initial face-to-face session. The venue. Helga deliberately picked and extravagant hotel to take me out of my comfort zone. Confidence. Helga knew this was a secret piece of the puzzle and something that I needed to develop. Now before any corporate meetings with a client, wherever the venue, I walk in with confidence and ready to sell! This is simply one of many examples of the level of detail, thought and care that Helga puts in. Through more telephone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings Helga channelled her extensive experience in Sales and her vibrant personality to coach me through her own experiences and how to rise above challenges as a junior. Whichever the method of communication I had with Helga the message to me was clear, she is a superstar! Having used I was able to sell myself and secure a client-facing role in a top Investment Bank. Above all -no matter how big the goal I was working towards with Helga’s support and consultancy she made sure I left with a smile, full of confidence, ready to take on the challenge head on!
I can wholeheartedly say that the 5 star rating all around is not exaggerated. Helga is highly skilled and very quick to identify and provide the precise coaching required from a 5 to 10 minute brief on the scenario. She is an excellent career sales coach, an absolute authority and subject matter expert. You can tell from her two decades of experience within the sales industry that she has found herself facing many different complex scenarios that she has used to her advantage to achieve amazing results. As a highly experience results based coach, she is quickly able to get into the details of sales strategies and methodologies to deliver the best approach in a clear and concise manner. I highly recommend Helga as she is outstanding!
