I failed my first attempt on part3, didn't know what the examinar was looking for, went wi with my second attempt failed with a score of 28, my last attempt I signed up for route51 and the couldn't believe it wen I was told I passed with a score of 36. I would definitely recommend this

After completing the train the trainer course I’ve found lots of help which has helped me improve my skills as an instructor. I’m now looking forward to training future instructors. I would highly recommend using Tri-Coaching for anything Di Sara and Graham have all been fantastic and will always be there for future help

Standard Check & Part 3 Workshop Webinar 28:10:22- Firstly if anyone is feeling the anxiety of their impending Part 3, being part of a webinar group of like minded individuals was really calming. The session follows the DVSA Standards marking sheet, breaking each subsection into understandable bite size pieces. The Tri-Coaching team are understanding, experienced, industry-focused professionals. I was also lucky enough to book an additional one to one session with Graham, and had the benefit of his truly extensive knowledge. I gained so much from the webinar and can’t praise its approach enough. Needless to say I passed my Part 3. I will definitely be using Tri-Coaching for my CPD, and feel happy to be a member of the Tri-Coaching family.

Thanks so very much to you, Suzie Cokayne Adi for delivering such a fabulous course. Your enthusiasm quickly channelled near-endless positivity to us all. We all gleaned many "take homes" from it as well as being present (although remotely) in a space with like minded professionals. I've now completed the BTEC 4 and the Train the Trainer course with Tri-Coaching Partnership. Both excellent courses which have really changed the way I instruct. All of the trainers I have had the pleasure of working with are so friendly and will help you in any way they can.

Are you planning on becoming an ADI? I recently qualified as an ADI and wholeheartedly recommend the Tri-Coaching TCIT training and Route 51 with a Tri-Coaching recommended coach on board. It is relatively easy to find out the route to becoming an ADI is to pass the Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 tests. What is more difficult is working out a way to navigate that route to becoming an ADI. Do you feel confident to go it alone for Part 1? Could you try a shoestring approach to Part 2? Are you aware what it takes to pass Part 3? My recommendation would be to get Tri-Coaching on board asap at the very start of your journey to becoming an ADI. Parts 1 and 2 are important but I found Part 3 is where the magic happens. The TCIT approach is not linear, the magic can start to happen from the off. If I was to take this journey again, I would commit to training using TCIT from day one before preparing for the Part 1 test. It is possible to start developing Part 3 skills with a trained coach whilst preparing for the Part 2 and shorten the time to getting onto a training license/qualification.

Many congratulation must go to Andy today for passing his Part 3 on his first attempt. It is a huge achievement, so well done you! It is also a reflection of the hard work and dedication you’ve put into the learning process, along with following the Tri Coaching Instructor Training Course (TCIT). I first met Graham 8 years ago at a DIA conference. I had been qualified a little under a year and he desperately tried to get me to do the BTEC 4. At the time, money was short, not that it isn't now! But I just couldn't justify the asking price, how couldany CPD course, costing that much money be worth it? Every so often, I'd read up on the course, I taught myself how to coach as best I could and did several other cheaper courses to keep up my CPD. I enjoy learning and reading and decided that if I could get the course for for a certain price, I would do it. Then last year (2021) the Black Friday deals arrived, and to my amazement, there it was, with a cashback offer if paid in full, the course was £1,000. I knew this was the time, so I applied and paid the money, completing the course last month, October 2022. Just waiting for my final results to arrive. Was it worth it? I wouldn't say that I have learnt anything new, however, it has changed the way I view everything. It has opened my eyes to a deeper understanding and thought provoking journey with my learners. It has made me look at myself and how I can be the best I can be. My only regret is not being able to afford the course any time sooner! So yes, 100% the course is value for money and I would definitely recommend doing the BTEC 4 Coaching for Driver Development. Looking forward to doing the next one :)
