My wife and I booked the Irazu Volcano and Basilica Tour and it was a great time. Artuo was very helpful with helping arrange the different tour options and always responded if we had questions. The tour was a great way to start the trip and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. The weather also cooperated and it was a beautiful view at the top of Irazu. Getting to see the Basilica of the Lady of our Angels was also a nice addition to the tour. We would definitely recommend rainforesttours and we will use them again for future trips to Costa Rica. A friend of mine joined me in my third visit to CR. This was also the third time I used Arturo (Rainfotrest) to help plan our excursion. We visited both the Corcovado (Drakes Bay) and Tortegero regions for one week. Our accommodations,while being very different, were not the less top notch in location on the two resorts. We found the staff and local people to be both kind and helpful. From taxi drivers to wait staff the feeling was of acceptance and friendliness. No problem with food or water and stayed happy and returned healthy. The value of the trip was certainly met and we have nothing contrary to report. In a nutshell we would go back again and use Arturo to help plan our vacation. Pura Vida my friends

Thank you for arranging private guides for our group. All of the hotels were kid friendly and had beautiful natural surroundings. We all saw lots of animals and birds. It was an amazing vacation.

Hello Arturo, Our trip was everything we had hoped for. The accommodations were outstanding and the service at each of them was second to none. The children in particular very much enjoyed the guided nature hikes. The guides were knowledgeable, patient and really made it memorable. All agreed that the beach house was the highlight. The location was perfect and the level of service was amazing. As for the transportation, our driver was great! Hubby and I cannot speak more highly of Arturo. At relatively short notice, he put together a wonderful trip, including a stay at the Corcovado Wilderness Lodge. This place was amazing; we went hiking, snorkeling and kayaking, catching sight of false killer whales, a puma, and a sunbathing tapir. Then on to Arenal and its hanging bridges, etc., finishing up in Monteverde at the incredible Koora Hotel. Each of the transfers could not have been smoother, and big callouts to our drivers, Leo and Jose. Arturo was in contact every day, ensuring we knew what to expect and making us feel safe and well cared for. Hopefully, this will be the first of many visits and we look forward to whatever Arturo has to offer us in the future.
