Attending their training renewed my passion and electrified my motivation for instructing. Their program provides an accessible approach to teaching that examines highly effective phrasing for verbal cueing. They share a clear method of physical spotting that places safety and consent at the forefront of interacting with students. The CAI program reinforced my fundamental instructor skills and gave me fresh vocabulary and insights to put in place for the immediate success of my students.
