I want to express my sincere thanks for the work you do for Veterans and families.
My husband, Norman served his 4 years aboard the USS New Jersey in Vietnam. He died on January 9, 2009 of Multiple Myeloma-because of your advocacy work we applied for Agent Orange benefits before his death- this was denied (or never completed) I refiled on Feb 2008.
Because of your work - his ship was within the 12 mile limit - in February of this year - I was blessed to receive full compensation from my 2008 filing - ( I had filed in 2019 after getting your Facebook notice to reapply!) I am also receiving monthly compensation.
I miss Norm daily & wish I had him back-he never saw 4 of his grandchildren - but because of this - i am able to gift them something on his behalf.
