I was a first time customer ordering a large quantity of fabric for a wedding dress that needed to be made quickly. I had many questions and had to basically order blindly, as I didn't have time to order a sample. The owner was extremely helpful, obviously knows his trade very well, and was able to guide me to the right product for my project. Moreover, the fabric arrived ahead of schedule, which helped tremendously. I was very nervous about ordering, as I could not find many reviews for comparison of trust online, but this business turned out to be exceptional in all respects, including being true to their word. The fabric itself, the rose petal fiber satin, is absolutely the most heavenly fabric I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend it enough, and I hope my testimony here allows other USA customers to order with confidence. I also hope this goes some way to bringing continued business to this company, so I will always have a place to return to buy this absolutely gorgeous product. The Rose petal silk is so addictively beautiful. I really cannot praise it or the service from this company enough.

The fabric is incredible! It combines all the great attributes a great, natural fabric should have in its quality; I am looking forward to turn this into unique and rare clothing, being inspired by the Lotus' complex and soft nature. ZS Fabrics owner, Amit, did a wonderful job at explaining to me about the fabrics qualities and at giving me insight into their processes; their service is outstandingly patient and friendly, which made this transaction a delight and a welcome contrast to what I am used from many shops in my area. The shipping went smoothly too and there was no delay in the delivery. Looking foward to future transactions, if I ever need any exotic fabric or fabric of outstanding quality, this will be my go-to-place from now on!

They offer unique fabrics and are very responsive and kind (which can be an anomaly in the industry!) My only feedback is better transparency about the origin of the fabrics. I've asked several times and haven't gotten a clear response. I love their dedication to sustainability but would love to see it taken a step further.

I have just purchased some mesh fabric from ZS. I can only say what a pleasure it was to deal with them . I first purchased swatches, which came ever so quickly. The yardage I subsequently purchased was just what I wanted. I was carefully packaged and sent very quickly. I am used to buying fabric overseas, but had never purchased from India before, and have to say I was a little apprehensive. I need not have the service, the email interaction with the company was all excellent. The postage was fast ... a lot faster than companies I have used here in Australia. Well done, and thank you for such a smooth transaction.
