I was told 4 months ago that I needed fusion surgery on my low back. I was also told I had to quit smoking to insure that it would be successful. My husband and I have smoked for several decades and never took quitting seriously. He went to see Nicole first and came home a non-smoker. We were both amazed but it took me 3 months to accept what I needed to do. I had to end my 52 year long relationship with my cigarettes. It was very emotional for me and Nicole guided me through her process with such care and compassion that I also emerged a non-smoker. I am beyond grateful for her and her talent. I have already recommended her to everyone I hold dear. We all have areas that need improvement and I can see returning to Nicole for other areas I need to work on.

I am a non-smoker now
I waited for a while to write this review because I wanted to see how things went. It has been 11 days sense my session with Nichol, and I am still smoke free. I wasn't sure if I thought hypnosis would even work with me, but Nichol worked her magic and here I am today smoke free after 45 years of smoking. I would recommend her to anyone that needed help overcoming a personal struggle.

Smoking Cessation
I sought the help of Hypnotic Wellness Methods to quit my smoking/nicotine habit of over 20 plus years. So far, I’ve not craved a single cigarette or nicotine product, and I’m very happy with the results! In my past attempts to quit smoking, I’ve always had to rely on the nicotine gum or patch to help me quit, not so after 1 session with Nicole. A Clear Path to the Center of my Spirit
With increasing urgency and intensity my life made some of the most incredible demands upon me than I have ever had to cope with. Before all of this year's challenges, I had always carried the mental burdens wayward parenting can foist on a person, though I managed well enough. But as this year unfolded I was rocked to a degree such that my physical health suffered right along with my spirit and mental well being.
I came to Nicole with hopes that we could cast a wide net: I had too many things piling on to really know how to differentiate the oh, so many things; I couldn't see the wood from the trees. Nicole for me was an immediate rock, a foundation from which I was able to get my bearings. We would spend a part of our session talking through some of my existential crisis, and she always prompted me with questions that were unexpected, introducing a re-orientation that helped me get out of my own head, and let me gently rethink my footing. Over the course of 5 sessions, I was able to unscramble matters and she helped me see through the whole of my crisis situation. During the second half of our sessions, she would guide me through my psyche, revisiting the places of the spirit that required a little watering, a bit of nurturing, parts of me that had almost become forgotten in the whirlwind of the turmoil from around me. The storm never followed me into our sessions, and my mind and heart were allowed to breathe easy. But further than all of this, she was able to tease out from me what it is I really wanted, beyond just respite and the shelter from the storm. Nicole helped me focus my deeper aspirations for this life, and in so doing, I finished our work with not just the wherewithal to get through the muddy crisis that finally did reach its conclusion, but armed with more than I had walked in with, the confidence and vision to bring with me the totality of my being & the easy natural urge to be present in my life, completely. Nicole regarded me without judgement, but that I was of value, and deserved the riches of living fully and out of my own way. Thank you, Nicole. The crisis would have ended without you, but I most certainly would have wound up a bit worse for wear. Insead, a real alchemy occurred and the hassle of existence really became the nutrients from which I could grow more fruitful.

The best decision I have ever made!
The best decision I’ve made in my entire life was scheduling the free 20 minute phone consultation with Nicole. I had come to a place in my life where I did not like the cynical, depressed person I had become. I knew immediately upon speaking with her that she was educated, experienced, compassionate and had the empathy I was looking for in a therapist. I was SO nervous at the first session, I was unsure if I could even go into hypnosis as nervous as I was. I’ll never forget what she said to me…Just sit down here and relax and I’ll tell you a story”. What a story it was…an hour later I felt more relaxed, free and lighter than I had in a long long time. Life Changing!
It is incredible what the mind can do to heal you. Great Experience
I was not familiar with hypnotism but decided to see if it would be helpful for my stress eating. Nicole gave me tools to use to decrease stress and provided a hypnosis session to help fill an empty spot. After 1 session, I felt more calm and did not feel like I needed to snack in between meals.
I will continue with more sessions to reinforce areas I would like to change. Nicole is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very interested in creating an individualized plan for each person. I would highly recommend Nicole for anyone wanting hypnotherapy.

Appreciate and enjoyed our sessions
I've been working with Nicole on a 7 session package over the past couple of months. We just wrapped our last session. It's my first time trying hypnotherapy. So, I wasnt sure what to expect. But, very happy and pleased I did it. Every time I leave a session, I feel more calm and relaxed and confident about whatever it was that was giving me anxiety. She takes the time to get to know me and whatever it is that is bothering me, and she customizes the session to address those mental blocks. I learned some tools that I can/will take with me in being more optimistic when facing these anxieties and when faced with adversities. Love the sessions

The breakthrough I wasn’t sure was possible, happened
I was struggling with grief, OCD, and weight gain. I went to Nicole specifically for weight gain and comfort eating, and did end up losing 7 lbs (am still on the weight loss journey). After our very last session I had a breakthrough—I haven’t felt THIS GOOD in years. I can only attribute it to our sessions and the inner work I’ve been doing on my own. Nicole is amazing—she’s gentle, patient, and always willing to cater a session to what you’ve got going on in that moment. Highly recommend her. I got more than what I was expecting
I went initially to try to stop eating sugar, which it has gotten so much better. After my Mom and Dad passed away I have felt so alone. I am married and I have great family members. But I always felt so ALONE. After a session I do not have that feeling anymore. It's totally amazing. I would highly recommend hypnosis. Fyi, this is the first time ever doing the hypnosis amd I will do it again. She is totally amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Even more than I expected
I had experience with Hypnosis years ago so I had high expectations. Nicole did not disappoint. A true game changer
I’d be remiss if I didn’t say that I was skeptical about the concept of hypnosis, and what I believed it entailed… but I couldn’t have been more wrong about my preconceived notions with regards to this very legitimate, and profound, form of therapy.
Nicole makes you feel comfortable from the first consultation phone call, until the final session. She allowed me an opportunity to be vulnerable (not an easy task for me), and guided me through the processing of some very significant trauma I endured in my childhood.
I highly recommend this woman, and her methodology. If you are in any way, shape, or form having some hesitation about participating in this therapy… don’t.

Was reading up on some other modalities for Ibs and read some good articles how hypnotherapy helped them with their ibs symptoms. So I scheduled appt with Nicole . Her hypnotherapy session were amazing!!!!!! By session 3 my symptoms were dissipating I was starting to feel good first time in 5 months .., I loved my sessions with her . She showed great concern and empathy . By session 4 symptoms were gone !!!!!!! Amazing results!
I have suffered from severe anxiety and depression to the point I cannot function, my mother kept on me to reach out and seek more help. I did that. I found Nicole and have had several sessions with her. I can proudly say that since her sessions, I have had no issues with my anxiety and depression. Grad School and Anxiety
I spoke to Nicole several times throughout my master's program and would tell her that when it came time for the residency, that I would need her. Well fast forward to November of this year, and only days before my first Ph.D. residency called a BAYR, I spoke to her, literally days before.
I have always felt I carried something that didn't belong to me. I was one of four children, and always helped my working parents, but because of that, I took on more responsibility -putting my dolls away and helping with household chores. In life, I've always felt anxious, so much that it affects my self worth, I have to admit I carried a lot of shame with it. So many times throughout life, there were so many things I wanted to do but something interrupted it, it was that voice inside that said not good enough, can't do it. And as a consequence, I walked away. But now, I found that i was so determined to become a psychologist that I faced demons and the anxiety so many times, at times not even sure how. But when this time came, I reached out to Nicole, she was kind and nonjudgmental, and helped me find calm. I also learned something, I learned that similar to swiping something on your phone, as to delete it, that flicking motion is something I started to do, and whenever something negative would come to surpass, I would flick it. And yes, that would be gone. I feel free now and calm. My husband and children have told me that I'm different and that is okay with me. And during that residency at the BAYR? I would always wait to be the last person to go, but I would flick that nervous feeling away and I volunteered to go first. Every time. That residency came and went, and now I'm at the final one, only two weeks later, but I now have straight A's from all the classes up until now, except one that is still being processed. So I'm doing pretty good, but the best thing in my life right now is that I'm allowed to just be me, to be Tracey and the anxiety no longer controls me. Whenever negativity comes at me, I flick it away, and it goes away immediately. I so wish I had visited Nicole sooner.

Grad School and Anxiety
I have to say that when I spoke to Nicole, it was over a long time that she and I would talk about the need I had, but in time, it came to surpass and I found that the anxiety was overwhelming me and getting too much for me to deal with on my own. I have always carried what I believe was more responsibility than what I feel I should have and I've carried that with me throughout life, I also feel that the anxiety I have is not feeling good enough, or that I will fail. I spoke to Nicole several times, and then had two sessions with her only days before what I have is called a Residency, where we have a skills lab via virtual (pandemic) and I had a huge fear of failing. I am working on my Ph. D. and it was a pass/fail. But after talking with her, I learned that I could flick my fingers, similar to pushing something away, and used that during my residency, and was able to overcome my fears, facing them head on. I would usually wait until last, but an overwhelming calm swept over me and I always volunteered to go first. That week came and went and to be honest, I was so very happy because as soon as I would become anxious, I would flick and all of a sudden, I promise this is true, I would flick that thought away. Sort of as she stated, if we want to delete something on our smartphones or the computer, more the phone, we flick it away, deleting it. So I deleted the unnecessary stress and have it still, but I manage this it no longer manages me. Truth be told, this pandemic helped a lot with the stress, in person would have been 10x's more stressful, but because of the limitations, I was able to do everything that was expected and was accounted for, now I have straight A's and waiting on one grade, I will use Nicole again and Hypnotic Wellness Methods because they were there in the moment I needed it most, just two days before my residency and during that time, I became calm enough to do my best because I was able to. Thank you, Nicole from the bottom of my heart.

I don't know why it works, but it really does!
I've never been a big believer in this stuff, but honestly I tried everything to stop smoking. I mean EVERY THING. I thought this was going to be another failure, but I was willing to try anything. Seriously. I found Nicole through a mutual friend she had helped to loose weight, and she was raving about how good she felt, and tbh I told her she was crazy, but she dropped all kind of weight so I though maybe it couldn't hurt to call. I felt immediately at ease with Nicole. She's sweet, and she really knows her stuff! Even talking to her on the phone, Im not sure what happened, but I started to get really excited about being a non-smoker. I mean REALLY excited! I couldn't WAIT! When we started our work, I was actually hopeful, and I I actually DID IT! I'm SO PROUD OF MYSELF!! I've never felt better.
So if you're on the fence, I'm telling you, it's totally worth it. I feel great.

I wasn't sure what to expect, as I have never gone through this process before. It's not magic, and your issues won't all of the sudden disappear after one visit, but the differences you will experience are noticeable, and the mindset that it puts you in is something you can train yourself to do in a way as it pertains to other things you want to improve. I'm actually planning on setting up another visit in the future for something different.

Before hypnosis I bit my nails and picked my lips until they bled. After the 1st session I felt relief & was not picking or biting near as much-after my second session I was to a point where I rarely even looked at my nails to bite & wasn't picking either. I have learned to cope with emotions to better help w/ biting & picking. Going into it I didn't know if it was actually going to work to help what was going on- but now I'm a total believer in it & could not be in a better place regarding how to cope w/ emotions but w/out picking my lip & biting my nails.
