I highly recommend Mike, very good contact, polite, professional, you can see that he has many years of experience. He is able to answer every question and explain everything. Contacted Michael about our gas fire that had a misbehaving pilot light. Would light and sometimes stay lit and other times just go out, even when fire was on shutting whole fire down, I thought from internet maybe the thermocouple. Michael was able to squeeze me in and within two minutes of looking at the fire suspected it was actually a blockage in the pilot light feed not the thermocouple. He then explained why to myself and his son and also happy to explain why the fire went out even when everything all lit due to the faulty pilot not heating the thermocouple properly. He and Callum then promptly laid out their ground sheets and started to disassembly the whole fire as pilot a pain to reach and clean. After cleaning some fluff and debris from the pilot assembly that was blocking the air inlet they reassembled completed repressure testing it and the gas supply as well as other required test such as flue etc before tidying up . They turned up on time and the price was very reasonable only just above initial quote due to the difficult nature of the fire and it requiring a full dismantle to remove and clean which meant they where here for 2hrs. At all times they where both polite friendly and easily approachable, would I use again hell yes :-)

I had problems with the kitchen tap and was recommended to Mike at Warm Again heating. He was brilliant. He discussed the issues with me, looked at the photos of the tap that I sent to him and researched possible solutions. He provided 3 alternative taps in a range of prices. Once I had selected tap he advised that he could not better the online price so we settled for me buying the replacement tap and him fitting the tap. He arrived at the agreed time, installed the tap and charged the agreed amount even though the fitting was a bit more tricky than first imagined. All in all an excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending Warm Again Heating to anyone looking for a good, reliable and professional service. PS we discussed the use of a water softener when he was installing the tap and will most likely use Mike for this work in the New Year

They carried out lots of small plumbing jobs including installing an outside hot shower for showering down after the beach and a new Drayton Wiser digital thermostat system with digital thermostatic radiator valves. Pleased with the end result. Would highly recommend Mike, he has a lot of knowledge, much more than the previous engineers who had serviced my boiler. I had my radiators cleared of sludge and a new pump installed for the shower as the pressure was really low. I was kept well informed about what was going on, advised on what was the best way to tackle the issue with heating/water pressure and the job was done to a professional standard.

They were due to be on site for the day, but there were complications and they stayed for 12 hours until the job was completed. Excellent service.

30 minutes after phoning him on Bank Holiday Monday, Mike came and was able to repair our ageing central heating boiler, just before one of the coldest April days forecast. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and charged me a very fair price, especially as it was a Bank Holiday. I have asked him to return to service the boiler when he can. I cannot think that I have had better service from anyone and will continue to use him and recommend him to everyone.
