When I arrived at the doorstep of Lake Tahoe Yoga, I had never practiced before. The "basics breakdown" was a perfect introduction that made Yoga accessible and a very welcome addition to my life. I value the perspective, friendships, and peace that yoga has brought to me. After several years, I am still amazed at Jenay's ability to keep it fresh! She is constantly introducing new poses and smooth transitions. She and the other instructors are a joy and beach yoga is the bomb!

What a great experience and awesome instructor! A very peaceful and rejuvenating time. I loved it and would do it again.
