First time home buyer here and I am glad we went with Bergman Home Inspection! Jonathan has years of experience and knowledge in the home inspection business. As a first time home buyer, it was a little stressful because we bought an older home that was built in 1959 with older construction. Jonathan went through the in's and out's of our home with a fine tooth comb to make sure we didn't have any surprises that could have delayed escrow. Jonathan spent over two hours at the home inspecting every component of the home and didn't overlook anything.
