In the fall of 2018 through the first part of 2019, I had a suffered major health issues. After 6 months of not getting much improvement from the traditional medical system, I started to look for help elsewhere. April 2019 was my first appointment Kari Jo . My health was still in pretty poor condition and I accepted that my body was starting to fail and I had come to terms that I just might be at the end of my life. I was looking for some answers as how to proceed within that frame of mind. What I got was a totally different experience. Kari Jo started to do body energy work, and within hours I felt relief from some of the chronic pain I was dealing with and I started to feel that I might just live through this. I have continued to see Kari Jo about every 3 months for more body energy work to help with the healing from my major heath issue. Some of the insights she had shared with me at that first meeting was that I would start to see meaningful progress in my healing starting in the summer. She was correct. Those last few days of June and start of July my chronic pain levels really start to subside. Not only did my need for medication go down, I was able to get off them shortly after. Plus my mobility from months of physical therapy finally start to pay off. For the first time in 9 months I start to feel that my health issues were starting to improve. Other insights she shared was that I would have a change in management at work that would be more supportive to me and my career which did occur. Kari Jo suggested to me certain foods that really help with my healing and pain relief. Another big insight was the suggestion to start seeing a new Doctor in a Naturopath medical group .With that change I have now have a strong supportive medical team that wants to see me back to full recovery. Most of Kari Jo insights have come to fruition. There are still insights that are in the making. I will keep you posted on them. Especially the meaningful and positive romance that is yet to unfold.

It's been a challenging year. I came to Kari Jo at a time where I was feeling lost and looking for some direction and hope. My session with Kari Jo was part reading and part healing. First off, Kari Jo's kindness and love is evident to see. She has a light that makes her lovely to be around. The reading zeroed in on some things I had thought about but hadn't looked at too deeply. She encouraged me to look in those areas as this is where I will find purpose and joy. It was good to be reminded of things I had long ago let go of. Sometimes those things have value to pick up again. And I fully intend to move forward in those areas. The healing was so peaceful. You can feel the heat radiate from her hands. I was stunned by the warmth. Leaving her office was the best I have felt in a really long time and I am so grateful for the relief from the pain I have been having. Each day since, I have ruminated over my session. And I am so glad that I went to see Kari Jo. I feel as free as I have felt in a long time. It can be hard for us to look past the current moment. Kari Jo gave me the opportunity to step back, check myself, ask what really matters to me and then move forward with those answers. I can't thank her enough for this experience. And I look forward to another session in the future.

I had a “hands-on healing” by Kari Jo in a quiet and very tranquil atmosphere in a beautiful downtown Kirkland location. Kari Jo could tell right away where the issues were that needed to be fixed or cleansed (I call it this). For example: when she put her hands on my shoulders I could feel a sensation start at my shoulders going down my spine to the tips of my toes. It was a good tingling experience and it was amazing to me since I haven’t experienced this with other healers. It is now a few days since the healing took place and I haven’t felt this calm, relaxed, and free of stress for the past ten years (yes, ten years of stress needed to be removed from my body). I now sleep very sound throughout the night which is a blessing in disguise since I am a very light sleeper. Kari Joe has been given a gift from heaven that she does share with others.
