Part quality is excellent and I was happy for the option to pick up from their CO location. The paint is a little lighter than my car, so the bumper doesn’t quite match, though I can appreciate that can likely be difficult to match a car without seeing it in person? There’s also a paint blemish near the fog light that was there when I unwrapped the bumper. Good overall, but not perfect.

This is a long story, so get ready. My wife was in an accident in April, the insurance for the gentleman who hit us referred us to the shadiest of shady bodyshops and they did an absolutely trash job. We are currently pursuing legal action against them and took our vehicle to another shop in town with good reviews to get the work redone. They did an adequate job but the paint on the bumper cover started peeling after the first wash, took it back and they touched it up, in the process of buffing it, the buffer slipped and went across the textured part of the bumper, damaging it. We were assured they would replace it at no cost, after a month I gave up and ordered it from painted oem parts and it was delivered in less than a week in perfect condition. The hardest part of installation was moving the reverse sensors to the new bumper. Superb experience!

Order process online was painless and quick. The time between order placement and completion of painting to shipment was very fast. The auto body shop I had install the bumper had warned me about previous clients ordering non certified Honda/Acura parts, and how they usually would not fit well. Glad I took their advice, they had absolutely no problems with the fit and looks wonderful. Paint match was spot on and looks perfect. I had also been advised to purchase a couple of brackets by the auto body shop. The gentleman at the office of OEM was knowledgeable and extremely patient and helpful. I was extremely happy with the product I received. The paint match was identical. The part fit perfectly with no issues. I did however notice a small chip on one of the corners of the bumper, however it was very small and I understand things like that can happen very easily during transportation. Definitely not enough for me to return the product or make a big deal about. Overall my experience was pleasant and would definitely order or recommend someone to order.

Painted OEM Parts was very responsive (including on the weekend) to email inquiries and was very friendly/helpful. I wanted to add a hitch close-out to my 2017 Suburban, but since I didn't have it from the factory, I needed the installation hardware as well. A quick email later and I was told they could get the entire kit for me directly from GM and paint the cover to match. My order was painted and shipped out within days of Painted OEM Parts receiving the kit from GM. The quality of the part and painting was excellent and the color matched my vehicle very well. Took less than two weeks for my bumper to arrive. I'm pretty happy with the results. The only issue I had was, I feel like the packaging could of been better. The box was ripped upon arrival but there was no damage to the bumper itself.

Hi I recently just put on my new front bumper on my 2010 Mazdaspeed 3. The color was celestial blue and I’m pretty sure it’s one of the hardest paints to match in my opinion. They did a perfect job and have no complaints. They keep it secured in a box very well that fits ur bumper. The finish was really soft and has no orange peel at all. I’m very happy I bought it offline instead of going somewhere wasting a lot of time

I have a 2017 mustang and it’s a fully built show car. I had a mishap in a parking lot and needed a new front fascia and these guys seem to be able to provide what I was looking for. I have a magnetic gray 5.0 and the color match these guys were able to achieve is about 95% match I mean you can’t even tell the difference! I highly recommend to anyone needing a color matched body part from this business.
It would be five stars, but there was a spot where there was too much clear coat and it ran, but it was not noticeable enough to where we didn’t install the bumper. Other than that, the paint was definitely worth the money spent. It didn’t come with the brackets for the side marker lights, but we were able to pop rivet the old ones on, and they lined up perfectly, so it was just a slight drawback. Installation was simple, and it looks amazing. Thanks you guys at PaintedOEMParts for the new bumper!

I ordered a replacement tow cover for my 2012 RAV4. It took about 8-10 days to arrive as advertised and was in perfect condition. The color match was perfect. Great service. I researched prices both online and through several salvage yards. OEM prices seemed about about $20 cheaper. I will order from these folks again and would recommend them as well.

Received the bumper cover and it looks great, although I have not completely unwrapped it yet as I will not be installing it right away. The color matches and it was well packaged. Finding a shop that ships without folding the bumper cover was a challenge and I am glad I did as I see no way folding will not cause damage. I appreciate the attention to detail such as American assembled vs. Korean assembled vehicle etc. The price was reasonable for the right part, painted the right color, packaged and shipped blemish free and timely. The bumper cover fit perfectly and the paint matched the only I complaint I have is that they could have Prepped the cover a little better.there are a couple of small scratches on the cover which We’re painted over but you would have to look very close to see them and they are on the lower part of the cover so they are not noticeable.all in all I was happy with the cover it looks great.

Absolutely perfect! I have a Q50S. Not the easiest front bumper cover to copy. The bumper cover was perfect to the exact mm. I had the part painted the factory color as well and it arrived matching exactly. This was definitely cheaper than factory but it was not any less in quality. I was very impressed! I am hopeful that I will not need to order again, but if I or someone I know gets in a wreck I would recommend this company without hesitation!

This is the second bumper cover I've gotten. The first was a front for my 2014 Tahoe and this is a rear for my brother's 2015 Prius. Both install jobs went without a hitch, on tine, no $$$ surprises and looked great! Why be down without your car while it's sitting in a body shop?

The bumper arrived very fast. The match with the existing finish was spot on. The overall quality was excellent. My only issue was with the shipping. I ordered front and back bumpers. They were shipped via semi trailer. I guess if you're a shop in the city that's fine. I happen to be shipping to a rural residence. The truck wasn't going to get to my house so I had to meet the driver and squeeze the parts into my car. They have me a discount for ordering two parts the same color 200 dollars which was great. The shipping however was 250.

No trim came with the bumper, but the bumper was painted to match and arrived in a timely fashion...the trim would have been nice since I selected the drop down option for the trim...but again, the paint job was nicely done and it arrived within a week.

Don’t know how our tow cap cover came off during our last road trip but it did and we ordered the part after googling some sites and because you paint to VIN specs, we ordered. It came in less than two weeks, was a perfect color match to our carbon black color and it popped back in without a hitch. While I’ve never had one come off, if it happens again, we know where to go to reorder!

Quality of the paint job was very good. Paint match was very close. My car is 7 yrs. old so it would be hard to get it perfect. I had mine shipped and it arrived quickly. My only complaint would be the way it was packed. It was put in a box loose, wrapped in a single layer of thin bubble wrap, no other filler to take up the space around it. Fortunately the bumper was fine.
Everything was perfect and delivered in under a week! I would purchase from them again and again.

As a former body shop owner I was skeptical about ordering a pre painted part for a customers car. Especially being a three stage white pearl paint. I no longer have the resources to tint my own color so was kind of stuck trusting the color match to someone else. The end result was a 98 percent match (probably couldn’t have gotten it closer myself). Bumper fit perfectly and looked great. No extra color sanding and buffing required. Shipping cost were a little on the higher side but it did have to travel a ways to get out to Cali. It arrived well packed and had zero flaws. All in all everything worked out great. Thanks again. Would recommend to anyone in need of a replacement bumper. Garage mechanic friendly.

Got the part in a timely manner. Communication was great. Color is just slightly darker, but given the car is 8 years old I expected some level of difference with it being exposed to the sun and other elements.

Ordered a 2016 Mustang prepainted front bumper, arrived in a timely fashion and appears to be prepped/painted well. The shipping was very expensive though.
The Mercedes dealer wanted $125 for the part, and then it would have to be painted. The total cost was going to be about $175 or more. Your part fits perfectly. It was considerably cheaper, and the color matches exactly. It's more convenient just to order it and receive it painted from you. Good job.

I was seriously upset when somebody hit my back bumper and tore a 6 inch hole in the center of it. I contemplated patching it but I did not think that the final outcome would be acceptable for my Infinity. I've only had it 6 months and even though I bought it used, it's still new to me. So I looked online for a company that paints bumpers and found a few. However after more detailed investigation, I found that bumpers can be bent and shipped bent. Not good in my opinion after freshly painting and certainly not good if it leaves even a hint of a crease! Painted OEM Parts has great customer service and more importantly, the paint job matched perfectly and looks great. They ship the bumper without bending by LTL trucking and it was delivered with no issues. They contacted me and I sent my tow plug from the original bumper and they matched it perfectly. Well done! Highly recommended! Yes, it might cost more to ship by truck without bending but it was worth it. Need painted parts that match, pick these guys! Thanks again, from North Carolina.
