Thank you to each of the Serendipity Spa & Wellness staff to whom I was introduced at my initial appointment in September. A warm welcome greeted me as they made certain I was taken care of from offering beverages for hydration to providing a tour of the facilities including the various exercises programs that are offered in addition to the SPA services. My appointment for an anti-aging facial plus acupuncture with Lisa was so relaxing yet uplifting - I'm certain I dozed off a time or two! Lisa is outstanding not only as an esthetician with a science background but as an educator, explaining what she will do each step of the way and why.
