Lee's training methods and passion for making sure dogs are well-treated by their people have been very effective for us and our rescued puppy! Lee is great at teaching people how to understand our dogs and shape their behaviors in a way that makes it comfortable for our dogs and that results in our dogs learning the behaviors that we need to keep our dogs safe and happy. In 6 weeks of training, our rescue hound mix has become less anxious and we've learned how to help introduce her to new things that might be scary. We even got to the point in 6 weeks where our puppy has been able to come to us with a "touch" behavior when her leash clip has popped in the middle of having episodes of "the zoomies" (running back and forth as fast as possible or running in circles) - which has kept her safe by re-clipping her leash and preventing her from running out into the road. I am very grateful for the time we've spent learning with Lee!

I have adopted 2 dogs with some special needs, extreme anxiety and very fearful. We started working with Lee over a month ago. We have a reactive German Shepard who we took through training at a local facility. We had been told our reactive dog needed shock collar training. Lee has taught us effective techniques to use with our over-reactive Standard Poodle to help reduce his stress in certain situations. I'm especially impressed by her compassionate ways used in her training.

We have been working with Lee to help with our reactive dog Finn. He's a standard poodle and is very reactive around other dogs. Made it very difficult to walk him anywhere we might encounter dogs. She has been very patient with us and him. He has responded very well to the reactive dog training. He can now be in the presence of a strange dog and not go crazy. He still has some work to do but he is well on way to a more comfortable Finn when out and about. Lee is very professional and knowledgeable. Each class had a handout either before or after. This is important to me since there is so much information to remember. If I ever have a question about what she was teaching that day i have something in hand for reference. My Labrador mix, Cara, was fixated on looking outside the windows from the time she was a little puppy. My wife and I reached out to Lee when we adopted our pit bull mix, Zack, from a shelter. We also have two older Labs that we previously rescued. When we brought Zack home, we found out pretty quickly that he was very fearful of our Labs. We had to keep Zack separate from the other dogs, and were afraid we would have to give him up. We found Lee online and called her. She came out and did a consult, explaining that this would take some time, and that eventually, we may be able to integrate Zack with the other dogs.
