Great birthday on the water

My families experience with Noah and Friday Harbor boat rentals was exceptional. It was my daughter’s fourth birthday and we rented a 17 foot whaler. Noah met us down on the dock and was so excited that we were taking our daughter out on a boat for her fourth birthday. He found an appropriate life jacket for her and gave us a rundown on the boat.We went through a quick safety briefing and he showed us all these amazing places to check out while we’re out on the water. Noah puts a lot of trust in you and really helps you plan a great adventure with his boat. We powered up to Roche Harbor had lunch and explored some islands on the way back to Friday Harbor it was a perfect day. The boat ran flawlessly was very clean and we had an absolute blast and our Daughter said this was the best day ever. I highly suggest renting from Noah at Friday harbor boat rentals!

Highly recommend renting from Noah at Friday Harbor Boat Rentals! We were staying on Orcas island for the weekend and wanted to get out on the water and do a bit of crabbing. Being a Monday in the off season (early November) and during COVID, pretty much every place we contacted was closed. Noah was super responsive, helped us make a plan for getting from Orcas to San Juan, explained exactly what we’d need to go crabbing and where to get it nearby his boat, and just gave us a lot of confidence taking the stress out of planning this outing. When our early morning ferry to SJI was cancelled, he responded quickly and postponed our reservation by a few hours till we could get there, no problems. When we finally got to the boat he was very patient and thorough with the briefing of the boat: where everything was located, and how to operate it. He pulled out a map and showed us all of the good spots in the area, throwing in some local info that really helped us make an unforgettable boating trip! He provided some crab traps we could use, told us where the best spot to drop them was, and helped us figure out a general idea of our plan for the day. We saw a ton of sea life out there, stopped at Roche Harbor, navigated through tons of smaller islands, and caught 8 crabs! 2 mamas had to go back...but will make for great dinner for weeks to come! This was the absolute highlight of our weekend getaway, and an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be back to Friday Harbor Boat Rentals and highly recommend to everyone we know!

Friday Harbor boat rentals was the perfect answer to a great vacation to the San Juan Islands. Noah was extremely helpful and friendly. He thoroughly helped orient us to the area and the boat. It was a fun filled day on the water where we were able to see some native wildlife. We toured the islands on our own terms and had our own space while we did it. Great experience and I highly recommend Friday Harbor Boat Rentals.

Noah was a pleasure to work with at Friday Harbor Boat Rentals. He covered all the necessary information to ensure that we got out onto the water and did so safely! In addition to that, he gave us some great recommendations on places to go around the islands and the "must sees!" Reasonably priced, great condition for boats, and he really knew how to read the crowd we were in to see a lot of us did know about boating. Would definitely use again if we ever find our way to San Juan again!
