I've had quite a few dealings with realtors and procuring commercial leases over the years and my experience with David Ratner was by far, the best! He was always accessible, accommodating, courteous and more than professional. A very pleasant experience throughout and though he was representing the landlord, it felt like he was representing the tenant. I highly recommend David!

David was extremely helpful and professional in our studios pursuit for obtaining premium office space in Brooklyn. He was sensitive to all our various studio needs and made sure to get us what we needed, as well as kept the process really smooth. My brother and I hired Dave to sell our Dad's 3 Family Brownstone which had been in our family for over 100 yrs.Needless to say, it was a very emotional decision and Dave was there for us every step of the way.He worked tirelessly on the marketing, holding two open houses on Sat and Sunday for two consecutive weeks and had over 100 buyers come through the house.Dave got it sold and closed in 70 days and for $100,000 over asking price with multiple offers to choose from. First and foremost, David is a good guy to deal with. More often then not, it's hard to find a realtor who's easy going. David is professional, diligent and a good listener. He also doesn't BS. He tells it like it is when he's creating a strategy for you, yet a smooth-talker with the landlords. The bottom line is, he has your best interests in mind because he knows that a happy client is a repeat client- and that will definitely be the case with me.

David just recently landed me an amazing place in NYC.  I was under a very limited amount of time to find a new home and David was able to find me an awesome new apartment for a great price and in an ideal location for work.  The man knows how operate in times of pressure and I'm proud to call him my friend after going through the moving process with him.  The man is honestly among the best of the best in the industry and I'd highly recommend him to anybody who is serious about finding the right home.
