The dojo has a great atmosphere, very welcoming and friendly. I have really improved my coordination and am less clumsy than when I started my martial arts training!

Craig and the team at GMA are a class above when it comes to what makes a great school. From the number of classes and events for children and teens, to the abundance of adult classes and seminars, to participating in and giving back to the community, it is clear they are thoroughly invested in helping people get the best out of themselves. A very enjoyable place to be and a pleasure to be associated with.
