Deciding to put a pool in our small lanai area was a challenge! We interviewed several companies and in the end went with Alexander Pools! The pool is less than one month after completion, so review is based off construction, communication, and initial work quality. You hear so much about pool contractors, and most of it is bad, so it took me and my family almost 8 years to finally make the commitment to put in a pool. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of Alexander custom pools! First off, the communication from Sara was top notch! I’m not an easy guy to deal with, as I have to know what’s going on at all times with all projects going on at my home, and Sara took all my emails in stride, and never missed a question or concern I had. The construction time!? We signed on March 8th, and had our first family swim on July 27th!!! So a little over 4 months from signing our contract, to swimming! They told us to expect to swim in September….. guys, a pool company completed their job EARLY!! for perspective, my n ugh or across the street signed with a different local pool contractor the exact same week as we did. As I’m typing this review by my fully completed pool, his pool is just now getting DUG! Another friend of mine completed a pool build last year and had to wait 16 weeks before their plaster was done! They were quick and efficient from the moment they started digging. We constantly had people in our yard for different steps every week! Again, I can’t believe how quick and smooth this build was from start to finish!! The ONLY issue we had was with the pavers. They laid the wrong pool deck layout (we had changed it several times before finalizing our deck) and we were out of state so we didn’t catch it. But again, Sara was quick to communicate the issue, and 2 weeks later the pool deck was exactly as we wanted. That two weeks was the longest wait time of “no work” we had for the entire pool build. Not too bad if you ask me. Once the big work was done, they cleaned up my yard, and took away any left over trash, and laid out any extra dirt for leveling around the pool. We did have to put our fence back up, which cost me a grand total of $75 to do. They did not handle re-sodding around my pool, but it’s only going to cost me $400-$500 to do myself, which in the grand scheme of a pool cost is nothing, and I don’t mind the labor part. See photos of most of the process, I really can’t find a bad thing to say about this company. It was such an easy process and our pool is everything we envisioned. It’s too early to tell the quality long term obviously, but it there are any issues I will update the review. But for right now, my family and I are on cloud 9! Thanks again for such a smooth and easy build.

We would like to thank Mike, Sara and team for creating our beautiful backyard oasis. We purchased our latest Florida home that required total renovation with of course a few stressful blips along the way. Nothing of the sort when Alexander Pools began our pool and spa construction late in November 2022. All phases were completed professionally and with high quality workmanship. Alexander custom pools built my pool 10 years ago and still looks as good as it did the day it was finished. They were fast, professional and really know how to build a quality pool.

Mike & Family built our pool for us. Real family company that is reasonable in all regards. Pool is now about 3 years old and I thought this was the perfect time for a full review. Everything operates as designed and the only issue we had was with a spa switch that Mike promptly fixed about a year ago. Fair Pricing and great quality work. Thank you Alexander Family.

What an amazingly professional pool company! From start to finish, this family run company made the project a breeze. Everyone has heard horror stories about pool installations, but this installation couldn’t have been easier. I would just come home and more of the project would be completely.
