I am 53 years old and have exercised most of my adult life. However, I have never belonged to a gym that has pushed me to be better every day. I joined 8 weeks after the passing of my wife and 3 years later I couldn't be happier. I am not not sure how I would be doing mentally, or physically, without my Big Impact Fam. I am in the best shape of my life, and owe it to Big Impact!
