Warren is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I value his time and commitment to his work. He comes to your house personally and works hard to get out stains, or spots. He is reliable and trust worthy, my rugs and carpets look brand new when he is done cleaning and steaming them. He also uses "Green Products" so there is a fresh smell as apposed to a chemical odor left behind .

Where do I begin? Magic Carpet Pride is the best cleaning service we have ever experienced and that includes three states! Since being referred to Warren in 2002, we have had carpets and area rugs cleaned(including oriental rugs) and we keep coming back. We have had upholstery cleaned and refreshed (our two dogs favorite couch and chairs) and we have had even tough stains removed from a needlepoint rug. Warren is a pleasure to have in our home.
