Paul is a phenomenal massage therapist. He takes the time to understand his client's pressure points and customizes each treatment accordingly. My muscles feel stretched out especially after a few weeks of a hectic work schedule and rigorous workout routine. I feel light, rested, and more optimistic after each session. Also I get amazing sleep..can't say enough good things!

I’ve struggled with back pain for about 8yrs now. After sitting down with paul he was able to explain why the pain I have is occurring in my lower back. He took an aggressive approach focusing on mobility, applying deep tissue techniques all while utilizing other tools like cupping and heat application. Moving forward I will be seeing him monthly. He is very professional and I will be recommending him to friends and family.

  I have been using Paul for about five years. I used him once or twice a month. I have several things that need to work on and sometimes I'm in so much pain I can barely move but after he has worked on me with me I feel rejuvenated and able to stretch more and do more yoga and just more peaceful my blood pressure is down   He has a very special gift and a wonderful energy about him and he cares very much about making you feel better and is reasonably priced and just very sweet person. So get a massage what are you waiting for LOL 

I had my first session with Paul 3 years ago and have been getting massages from him exclusively once a month ever since.He is very intuitive and really pays attention to your muscles and how they react during the massage. No matter what type of pain I may have-from workouts or just every day life-that pain is gone once Paul gets to the muscles. He is so very good at what he does and seems to be put on this earth just  to give massages. Yes, he is THAT good! He will not give you just a basic generic massage: he tailors to each client and their needs. Paul has a relaxing aura about him that really translates to his clients and he makes you feel comfortable and calm right away. I can't tell you how many times that I became so relaxed during a massage that I forgot where I was!
