We had a wonderful experience working with Cheri and David at Palmetto Window Fashions here in Greenville. As new homeowners who were barely unpacked and suddenly faced with making window treatment decisions, we felt a little overwhelmed — but Cheri was fabulous from the start.
She assessed our space thoughtfully, presented clear options, and helped us narrow everything down to one cohesive fabric and concept per room. We were selecting curtains for our main living space and two bedrooms, and within less than two hours she had guided us through the decisions and written up a detailed invoice with all fabric and hardware specifications. I especially appreciated her input, experience, and steady guidance. I did not want to become fluent in curtain terminology, and she made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. She was also very flexible as we decided to move forward with two of the three rooms, waiting to finish furnishing the third before committing.
Installation was equally impressive. Cheri and David arrived for what was scheduled as a two-hour install and completed everything in under 45 minutes — knowing I had a Zoom meeting coming up during that window. Professional, efficient, and respectful of our time.
We’re very pleased with the look, feel, and craftsmanship of the finished window treatments.
Two small, subjective notes: their pricing may be on the higher side, but in my opinion Cheri’s design expertise and guidance were absolutely worth it. Also, communication between the initial payment and scheduling installation was a bit sparse, and I briefly wondered if we’d been forgotten — though I suspect that’s simply a reflection of how busy and in-demand they are.
Overall, a great experience and a beautiful result. We’re grateful to have found them.
