So pleased Ross was recommended to me, he really sorted my laptop out for me very efficiently and explains everything so well. He also repaired the screen when I stupidly shut my laptop under my reclining chair when I lowered it without realising it had fallen below it!!
Ross was a star fixing my internet which had stopped working even though the PC was hard wired. He routed the internet through the house’s electrical cables! All working now…. great fast, efficient and friendly service.
nice chap. declined to attempt to fix my macbook 2019 keyboard problem. im guessing because he wasnt experienced enough to do it. he did call me back however to say he coudnt
Ross fixed my PC! After a quick look it was worse than I hoped, but he minimisd the pain, and I was up and running again very quickly at reasonable price. He will be my go-to from now on. Cheers Ross.
So happy that I came across Ross. We have just moved into the area and looking at all the positive reviews of this company and about Ross I asked him to help me find a new computer and set it up for us. He sourced a computer, monitor etc, backed up all our data, found a solution to get our printer working and ensured we are fully back working with our digital technology! Not only that but Ross also shared his knowledge on mobile phones and doorbells. All without leaving my house. I am looking forward to continuing to invite Ross to support us into the future. Needless to say, I highly recommend Ross and PC Help & Repair.
Great job done by Ross!. IMAC and MacBook in a bit of a mess, but all sorted and running well again. I appreciated Ross coming to my home, saving me carrying them! Christina Anthony
I cannot praise Ross enough, friendly, professional and saved us money too! Sorted out an internet problem, ran new cable & set up a new hub - our broadband hasn't been quicker! Completely delighted! Didn't treat me as stupid (albeit I'm an older woman with limited IT skills). If you have an IT problem in your home I would completely recommend.
Always delivers great and prompt service. Has never let me down.
Fixed my son’s gaming PC, now it is faster than a greased racing snake!! Yee hah!! Very professional service. Quiet, very confident and competent. Thanks very much!
