The Dental Administration program was very well planned out, easy to navigate and straightforward. Jennifer was always a phone call or email away which was very helpful with any questions I had. This program allows you to work at your own pace, as a mom of 2 little kids I found this extremely helpful. I was so hesitant to start this course as I'm not great with large volumes of online learning. To my delight the course was so well laid out that it grabbed my attention from day 1 and I found it easy to stay focused and progress and absorb the information despite the challenging nature of dental knowledge. Also Jennifer is an invaluable fountain of knowledge who was always available to answer my many questions and just having access to her is worth the price of tuition alone.

This course is worth its weight in gold! I loved starting when the timing was right! Taking it 100% remote was perfect for me as I was able to study around my family obligations as a mom. I also found employment right away and I know this course gave me a leg up against other applicants. I would HIGHLY recommend choosing Evolve if you want to become a receptionist in a dental office. You will learn how to understand communication from hygienists and dentists when clients 'check out' from their appointments, you will learn how to use a popular dental software program (Dentrix), and you will learn how to be professional, organized and customer-service oriented if you don't have those skills already. The continuous intake was so helpful - once I set my mind to take the course I didn't have to wait for it to start, I could start immediately once the fee was paid and my documents were submitted! Having it be completely online was such a good fit for my life, I didn't have to get dressed or shower or do anything to appear in person in a classroom! The self-led component was valuable - I could take my kids to school in the morning, come home and have breakfast and tidy the kitchen and start when I wanted to! If I wanted to put in extra time in the evenings or weekends, I could do so! Lastly, the instructor Jennifer was just stellar. She was so knowledgable, incredibly helpful and was always available when I needed extra explanation or assistance with an assignment or reading through the course materials. Her goal is for you to succeed and she absolutely proved that. I cannot express how happy I am I took this course through Evolve!

The Dental Administration Course was well organized, professionally presented, Course material was in depth and covered a lot of material, but divided up so that it was not over-whelming. I thoroughly enjoyed the Dental Business Administration program with Evolve. I had no prior experience or education in the dental field, but was able to fully understand all aspects of the course due to the variety of tools they provide during the program (ie. flashcards, practice tests, video tutorials) that set you up for success. My course instructor, Jennifer, was just an email or phone call away when I was unsure about anything. She always gave clear and thorough explanations or feedback that helped guide me through the program.
