Outstanding service. Felix was very responsive to my communication and allowed last minute changes to the schedule. He arrived early and did a very detailed inspection w/ an in-depth report. His little robot also checked out the crawl space and provided important info. I would hire him again in an instant.
He is also a vet that gives veteran discount. :)

Given this was my first time using home inspector but the Felix home inspection was the best choice. Jorge Felix is the hardest working person I have met in a long time. He checked and rechecked anything and everything during the inspection. The price is just right. Plus as a Veteran he applied that extra attention to his work. I used Felix Home Inspection was an inspection on purchasing a home. Mr. Felix had the inspection back to us by that night. As this was my first time purchasing home, I let my uncle, a contractor, who lived out of state view the inspection. He said it was very thorough. I would definitely use this company again
