Palmetto Fashions is a good company with good products however I only gave 3 ‘S because of very poor follow up. Cheri knows her stuff and David is a craftsman at install. They had a quote for us on the spot with our first appointment. Part of their sell to us was the product guarantee and service. We have had an issue with an installed shade 1 month after install and requested attention weeks ago. It took weeks to get a response after emailing and calling. Still no customer service. I have had numerous neighbors needing services but have not been able to recommend them for this reason. PR and responding to gracious and timely request are very important to me. I can not recommend this company which makes me sad because I really like them.

Not only are Cheri and Dave an absolute pleasure to work with, but you can count on everything be perfect with your order or they will make it right. It’s all in the details anytime it comes to widow fashions and these guys make sure every detail is exactly the way you like it. I wish everyone ran their business the way these two do, it sure would make home projects a lot easier. They communicate well, show up when they say they will, give you the best product possible and stand behind their work. What more is there to say? Thanks Palmetto Window Fashions! Always a pleasure
