I'm re-posting this because I inadvertently posted under my business account and thus my business manager's name. She didn't post this but I did: Palmetto Window Fashions installed Roman shades and a cornice in our kitchen and drapes in the dining room. They are so beautiful and I couldn't be happier. The process was seamless from the choice of fabrics--which Cheri skillfully guided me through despite all my indecision--to David's installation, which was quick and painless. We're planning on doing our home office next and know the results will be just as impressive. Thank you Palmetto Window Fashions!

We ordered (3) louvered aluminum powder coated shutters and (2) Bahama style shutters. My wife and I were very excited to have them finally installed. We paid over $1400 upfront to begin construction on the shutters. David Burress, the owner, arrived on time nice. However, once I noticed some issues with the workmanship (missing paint, mis-drilled holes, and trim that did not fit together well) David became very upset and said I was "nit-picking". He informed me that shutters are to be inspected from 6' away. Some of the items were noticeable from 6' away. My intention was to accept some of the issues. Before we had a chance to discusses the problems further, David began to load the shutters back into his trailer and said he was not going to install them. I asked if he planed to refund my $1400 and he said "we'll see". Later he informed me that he did not intent to refund my money. I mention that I had no choice except to go to the BBB and David said he did not care. I'm sure some people are very happy but if you have an issue with the shutters, I would not expect them to be repaired.

One of our new installed blinds had an imperfection which was seen once David unboxed to install! They reordered and installed the new replaced blind! Excellent service!
