Monica is amazing!! I loved my initial session with her, she was so thorough in her exam and it was the first time I was educated on how certain functions work and should work in my body. The cupping and scraping felt absolutely amazing. It was so relaxing, and Monica was so gentle and supportive. I appreciate that her work is about so much more than feeling good. it’s getting your body to work with you. I cannot recommend a session with Monica enough! As humans in bodies, I think it’s imperative that we know how to best work with our bodies and give our bodies what we need to have total body wellness! Thank you so much Monica. Monica is knowledgeable AND has a magic touch. As a hairstylist and someone who deals with chronic anxiety, she made me feel lighter with just one session. Not only did the session itself far exceed my expectations - she also gave me tools to continue to protect my body and instructions on to be mindful of how I hold tension.
