I couldn't be more thrilled with the work Jonathan did to prepare my yard for laying sod! He meticulously tilled and leveled my yard, taking extra care to ensure everything was perfectly smooth and even. Not only did he work efficiently, but he also went above and beyond, clearing out a large area of shrubs that likely would have made it difficult for the sod to take in that part of the lawn (not to mention, picking up the piles of yard waste and taking them by hand out to the curb for the city to pick up). Jonathan’s expertise and work ethic truly stand out, but he is also friendly and puts the customer first. We were going to have him remove a fallen tree after the last hurricane, but he had so much work that he had to pass it on and made sure that he connected us to a qualified person that would get it done for the fairest price. In addition, he checked in with us a couple weeks after the sod installation to see how the project turned out and make sure we were satisfied. The transformation of my yard is amazing, and I am beyond impressed with the results. I was looking to cut several trees and clear some junks and grade the yard. Jonathan with Things and Stuffs fits the job and he did a good job. If you establish what need to be done, he will do a good job without much guidance. For example, I had an old drain field tank where previous owner ran electrical conduit on top of it which made grading a bit challenging. After assessing the situation and talking it out plan, he was able to carefully crush the tank below without damaging the conduit and burry it. We removed/dug up roots of several trees, pulled old fences, removed junks, rough graded yard. Overall satisfied.
