Had a great constructive lesson recently with Graham. I am following the TCIT learning programme which allows you to learn in bitsized pieces. Graham very quickly identified a learning development in my training and after just 1 hour I had new skills to help me give learning opportunities to pupils.

Attended the 2day presentation skill course, it was a great experience. Really enjoyed both days and learnt a lot about mind management and how thoughts and feelings can effect someone’s behaviour. I would like say a huge Thanks to Sara and Sue for sharing their knowledge and helping me grow.

Very interesting and helpful course. Learned the theory behind giving good presentations. Also learned alot about myself.

WOW !! another brilliant course by TRI COACHING This has been without a doubt one of the best training courses I have been on. I completed the BTEC 4 last year and thoroughly enjoyed it . And is one of the reason why I decided to go on Train the Trainer course .it was excellent. Graham and Neil Delivered the course in clear manageable way which made it easier to understand. I learned alot from the in-car session day too. I would highly recommend Tri-coaching for any ADI looking for training

I have just completed the 'train the trainer' course. The course was well structured and the content was thought provoking. I took a lot from the sessions and it has inspired me to do further reading. I feel confident to take on people to train to be instructors and it has improved my teaching in general. I'm already looking to do my next course with Tri-Coaching.

I would like to thank Graham and Neil & Tri coaching for a great course I have been thinking for a while about attending the train the trainer course and i am glad i did It has given me the insight into what i need to do to become Ordit registered and thanks to Graham and Neil wealth of knowledge i will be taking it to the next level

I’ve always been particularly fearful about public speaking and shied away from it but this course has been a game changer! It’s helped me understand not only how to present myself but also how to prepare my content and manage my nerves! I really cannot recommend enough for anyone (you don’t need to be a driving instructor) who has or may have to present as part of their current or future job role! I thought long and hard about doing the Btec 4, but after speaking to Graham and he put my mind at ease and I was able to pay weekly payments so this made my decision easy. I was very nervous but once I got to my first day Fiona and Kev immediately made me feel comfortable. The course certainly took me out of my comfort zone and there were times I felt that i wasn't worthy to be in the same room as the trainers. However I was challenged and was able to take what I learnt out the course and start using it not only in my driving lessons but also in my personal life. For me this was the best course I have ever been on and believe me I have been on a lot of courses over the years in previous careers. Fiona and Kev are two of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet and there knowledge is very deep. Well done to you all at Tri Coaching for putting on a showing and not a telling course. Brilliant, if you want to do a course but are having doubts please give the Btec 4 a go.

I did the two day Train the Trainer course in Birmingham in December. The classroom day was very helpful and informative, and it was good to be able to share ideas with other instructors and potential trainers, as well as with Graham and James. They really made us think! Graham went absolutely above and beyond, and certainly knows a lot about client-centred learning. The second day in the car was a lot of fun, and gave a real insight into the challenges of being an instructor trainer. Overall, the course was extremely useful and worth every penny - I passed my ORDIT test the next day! Thank you so much to Graham and James, and all of the Tri-Coaching team.
