Where do I begin?! I signed up for the Tri-Coaching Excellence in Coaching course with previous experience of other courses that Tri-Coaching run, so my expectations were high as I know the quality they provide is like no other, my expectations were met and surpassed in ways I could never have imagined, it lives up to its name!! In a non-judgemental, safe space, with a supportive team of trainers and colleagues, we explored, investigated and discovered a new understanding of coaching, the skills required, how to market and run a coaching business, a deeper understanding of ourselves and SO much more!!! Although I loved coaching before attending this course, Tri-Coaching have lit a fire in me that I didn’t expect, where I now feel confident that with a lot of hard work and support from everyone on the team I will succeed with this and I can’t thank them enough 100% recommend!!! :)

I found this course useful as I am considering training driving instructors and ultimately becoming an ORDIT instructor. The course improved my coaching skills and made think about how to act in role as an instructor trainer.

I've just completed the train the trainer course. I would recommend it to any driving instructor who wants to train PDIs or just wants to improve their own knowledge. I’m attending the ‘Excellence in Coaching’ course right now with the Tri-Coaching Partnership. The course content is brilliantly written and presented in a way that would appeal to any level. From those who have not yet explored coaching to those who have experience already, it is perfectly balanced for any level of development. Throughout the first half of this course, I have experienced massive shifts in my own development and as a group, we have bonded well to learn in such a safe and supportive environment that only exists because of the brilliance of the Tri-Coaching team. The course has filled me with excitement and energy coupled with the self-belief that I can go for my goals and dreams and help people to achieve theirs too! This brings me so much joy!!! Already, I have the confidence to move forwards in developing a coaching business and I’m now identifying which steps I need to set out for myself in achieving that. I am approaching day 6 of the Tri-Coaching ‘Excellence in Coaching’ course. I would like to let people know what a great course this is. I feel sad when I think about not attending it any more. I have learnt so much already, more than I realised I would! Yes, the course focuses on skills needed to be a great coach, structuring and delivering coaching conversations and powerful questions, but there is also so much more. I recently attended the Tri-Coaching accelerate course to develop my coaching skills, I found the course has given me a clear idea on how to implement coaching into my driving lessons and it has motivated me to sign up to the BTEC Level 4 later this month. I couldn't fault my trainer Neil who was really helpful and approachable throughout the 2 day course, I would highly recommend to anyone!
