This is an amazing program! Taught me so much about the Dental field. Always had someone to help with any questions or struggles I had. I would 100% recommend this program to anyone who wants a job as a Dental Administrator.

I come from an office, reception, secretarial background and without this course there is no way I could have made it in a dental office. The dental terminology, scheduling, procedures, insurance claims, etc helped me to successfully go through an interview process and get started as a dental receptionist. I was able to work at my own pace, (in my pjs) and make sense of the coursework in a relaxed atmosphere. If I didn't understand something Jen was just an email or phone call away. No classroom pressure of feeling that I was the only person who didn't understand or 'get it'. I am so glad I took the course and I love my new career. (This all sounds so cliche, but I am just so blessed that I found DentalOne 21 when I did and how relevant the course was and how much I love my new career)
