The cake you made for our Katie's Baby shower was really beautiful. Not only, was it beautiful, but it was the certainly the center piece to the entire party. The cake was really moist and the buttercream frosting was excellent. You always seem to come up with a better design then we even imaged.

From a personal tasting and design session in advance, to solid communication nearing the big day, to flawless execution and style the day of the wedding -- Paula did it all. Paula recently created cakes for a Baby Shower that I hosted for my daughter. Exceptional appearance & taste! I had a very specific look in mind that went along with our "Woodland" theme, and Paula created cakes that were EXACTLY what we wanted. We created a somewhat elaborate cake table that displayed high-end cupcakes on multi-tier pedestals, and then crowned with Paula's elegant cakes that I feel are what really made the display so impressive. Even though I was needing cakes during a very busy holiday time, Paula was so patient, and wonderful to work with. Her suggestions were much appreciated. Very professional, and very talented indeed. Thank you, Paula, for your part in making our Baby Shower such a success!

Paula made a beautiful chocolate marble cake filled with mocha buttercream, covered with fondant and a beautiful edible lace for my son and his bride to slice, and a sheet cake for the rest of the guests, which was a lemon cake filled with raspberry buttercream. Everyone raved about the delicious cake, and many people went back for seconds. I have catered a lot of weddings, and that pretty much never happens. Usually the cakes are better to look at than eat. Paula also helped protect and secure the cakes in our car as we had to transport them to Chicago.

Once again, Paula's cake blew EVERYONE away!!! This cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted just as good as it looked... I am so glad that I learned my lesson from my past experience and ordered a larger cake than I needed so we could all have some to take home this time!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Paula. We met with a few cake bakers prior to Paula and she was head and shoulders above them all. Very inviting at our tasting and she was excited to make the cake. We had some who weren't really that interested, but she really went the extra mile to let us taste cake, NOT cupcakes. We had a lot of fun designing the cake and she even did my Groom's/Birthday cake served at the wedding which turned out awesome. Beyond the just the looks of the cake, her creations were delicious. As the groom, I barely got a piece with people requesting to try all 3 flavors. You cannot and will not go wrong with Paula's Patisseries. Top notch and highly recommended.

My husband and I chose Paula’s Patisseries after a recommendation from a friend. We met Paula at her house for our tasting and were so impressed with her hospitality and the taste of her cake and filling selections. The lemon cake is a show stopper! We ended up choosing three different cake and filling combinations for our wedding cake. I shared my ideas for what I wanted the cake to look like and Paula made it come to life! She worked together with our florist to arrange delivery of the cake at the venue to ensure placement of flowers on the cake. The cake was absolutely beautiful and we got many compliments about how delicious it was. Overall, we are so glad we chose Paula’s Patisseries for our special day! We would definitely use her again!

We are beyond happy with the beautiful and delicious cake Paula made for our wedding. From the beginning, she was prompt, informative, and just a really friendly person to communicate with. She had a wedding to attend the same day as mine, and yet she still accepted the job and made it work. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting and getting to chat with her, and she made the delivery seamless and perfect! I will most definitely be using Paula for any other special event!!

Paula was everything you would hope for. Her expertise is overwhelming and the final product was more than just delicious and beautifully decorated, it was perfect. I will happily recommend her services to anyone. 10/10, fantastic.

First and foremost, I have been going on and on about Paula’s Patisseries since she was recommended to me by one of my wedding vendors for my wedding cake 3 years ago, and I continue to order cakes from her for any special occasion. Paula is an absolute dream to work with from start to finish, her cakes are beyond delicious, her designs beautiful and her creativity limitless! Our most recent collaboration was for my daughter’s wedding who wanted to have tiramisu served at her wedding for 130 guests. For the bride and groom cake cutting, Paula made a 6” round white/vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream filling, and beautiful hand painted flower work, replicated from a photo my daughter provided to her. To serve the guests, she made pre-cut sheet pans of tiramisu. NOW, can we talk about Paula’s tiramisu... I already knew her cakes were delicious, but oh my, her tiramisu....Perfecto!! I am a bit of a snob when it comes to tiramisu - I don’t like tiramisu ‘pudding’ or oversoaked, mushy layers. Paula’s flavor profile was spot on, even though we decided not to use Kahlua, and the layers were moist and still firm. Our guests continue to say how much they loved it and how delicious it was! I am just glad that I was one of the lucky few that was able to snag a second piece, because even with 157 pieces of cake- there were no leftovers!!! I highly recommend Paula’s Patisseries to anyone! She is truly one of a kind, and you will love your cake if it comes from Paula, it’s as simple as that! I cannot say enough great things about Paula’s skills - first, look at the picture - it was truly stunning! Even more importantly, it was so delicious - every single one of my guests raved about how delicious it was (my son chose a lemon cake with blueberry filling - which I would highly recommend - just the right amount of delicate lemon flavor). We had the pleasure of working with Paula on a cake for our May 2019 wedding. From the start, Paula was very accommodating, providing details via email, and scheduling a last minute tasting (on a Sunday morning!) since we were planning from out of state. Our favorite part was the ability to choose multiple flavors for our various layers & sheet cakes. She offers so many great cake flavors, it was hard to choose! Paula wasn't kidding when she said we would need extra slices, the cake was a hit! People couldn't stop talking about the lemon cake with the raspberry buttercream filling.
