She was professional, exceptionally knowledgable about products and design, as well as a delight to welcome into our home. I received our order before anticipated date of delivery. Our well-constructed and highly respected name brand solar shades were installed promptly, neatly (wore shoe covers, too) and precisely. She took a lot of time with me to help me see what would work best and her expertise was amazing and very helpful.
