We had a driving lesson last September. Instructor wasn’t very timely picking my student up from school to start his first two hour lesson, this was also after a reschedule on the instructors part. I would have let that slide, but when I contacted the instructor recently to get a letter stating the first 2 hours had been completed (as I went with a different driving school for the final 4 hours and they requested proof....other than the illegible signature on the permit), this guy said he had never heard of my son! I had to search for proof of payment. After I found it, I contacted this person AGAIN from Academic Driving School and now he is not responding at all. I gave him all info he requested and he’s just not responding. Absolutely unprofessional.

Had a week of instructions before my driving test with some experience beforehand. I definitely learned a lot and even got my license first try! They definitely helped me feel more confident about my driving.
