This class was informative and opened my eyes to another way of birthing. Going through the hypnosis exercises were very relaxing and showed how this way of birthing really can be useful for staying calm and focusing energy on the right things. Jasmine was a great teacher and she did a great job at adapting to virtual class (with Covid-19). Thank you Jasmine, I can't wait to experience my Hypnobirth!

This review is long over due. Family Tree Holistic Health has been a god send for me. Michael provides great care, takes the time to listen and then creates a custom treatment plan. From my first day until now I have always felt comfortable at the facility. It’s welcoming, cozy, relaxing and Michael only makes things better by the attentive individual care he provides.
