To start with, you are dealing with a husband and wife Super Duo who are at the top of their game. I wanted Plantation Shutters for a room that has a triple window configuration. Cheri arrived exactly at the scheduled time and helped us decide on the exact configuration that would work the best in the room. She is extremely knowledgable on the products they sell and showed us the differences between the product they offer vs. what other companies offer. With Cheri, you not only get a knowledgable sales person but, you also get a design consultant who listens and has a vision for what her customers want! I had other companies come out and quote me but they couldn’t give me what I wanted, didn’t seem to know their products and didn’t seem to care about our home or the results we wanted to achieve. It was obvious from the moment Cheri walked in our house, that she was not like the others and wanted us to be thrilled with what she could offer us: mission accomplished Cheri! When the shutters arrived, we received a call from David to schedule the installation. (BTW, Cheri was spot on about the time frame it would take to have our custom shutters made). David arrived on-time and, like Cheri…….is a Grand Slam Home Run! Friendly, personable, neat, clean and made me feel like I have known him my whole life! The install went quick and easy and when he was done, you wouldn’t have even known that he was there. We already have another appt. scheduled with Cheri for her to come out and help us with some curtains. If you want the best, STOP: you have arrived! Wow. Terrific consultation, and ultimately very quick turnaround to finished and installed plantation shutters. Changed the whole look of the house from both interior and exterior! Curb appeal just went way up. We'd use Cheri and David again in a heartbeat!
