Great product and service would recommend them highly. We purchased the circle saw reclaimed oak flooring, we just finished the install it looks great, the process went smooth, we love it and so do all our friends. It has transformed the entire feel and look of our home. We have a large black lab he can’t seem to hurt it with all of his playfulness. It is the perfect floor for our family! We have recommended and will continue to, it was a huge purchase for our home and they were there with us every step of the way with questions and with updates on the process. We are very happy we purchased from ARF.

I purchased from them about 4 years ago. At first I thought everything was great. However, they did not truly know their product and what 'oil' was used to make these floors, thus started issues. As for being reclaimed...They presented some pictures of an old factory, but I'm not sold this is a true story as these are 'freshly milled'. They stated that they would send over some beautiful pictures and a packet of the history of the wood, but of course never did. The floors are milled and then covered with a LOT of linseed oil that is baked in and soaks into the wood (Later, I was able to speak with the actual producer of the flooring who is located in Louisiana who disclosed this to me). They did not know this and told us that we could use 'any sealer we wanted'. In opting for a water based sealer the floors started to peel and then they did not want to support or help the situation at all. Emails and calls went unanswered for weeks until I had to threaten a refund request through my credit card. Additionally, these floors will leave your feet extremely dirty due to the fact that there is linseed oil all over the wood. It attracts and holds dirt (VERY hard to clean). These people are not honorable or knowledgeable and as soon as they got their money and an issue arose, they disappeared. I would NOT use them. Spend a little more, and find someone with great reviews who knows and stands behind their product. ***UPDATE, they replied because of a poor review and stated now that they KNOW you can not use a water-based finish. The reason they know is because of my terrible experience. I lost time & money trying to fix and they offered ZERO reimbursement when I asked them. Again, poor quality company WOULD NOT USE AGAIN***
