Working with Steve was great - very helpful with sharing his knowledge both about the product and installation issues. Floor finished beautifully and our client is very satisfied. ONLY concern is with wider planks we probably should have glued (and nailed) the floor. Floor was fairly squeaky after initial install - but has quieted down after a few months.
