I called Ross because my PC at home was, I thought, terminally S-l-o-w and because i had inadvertently lost 'Office' in it's entirety. He completely sorted out my PC my fitting a new Hard Drive and more recent Office. My computer is now running better than it has ever done and it was all done at home. Ross was very punctual, knowledgeable and very patient dealing with my questions. I cannot fault his abilities, the way he presented himself and the precautions he took regarding Covid-19. I chose him because of his 5* reviews and i will continue that trend without hesitation.
